Choose "hybrid format" 4.) export to bug1.pdf (this produces a fine-working hybrid PDF) 5.) Click on the symbol for PDF export in the toolbar and export to bug2.pdf Normally, when you choose for example 600 dpi in the "PDF export dialog", than is option is also used when you click the next time on the symbol for PDF export in the toolbar. However, when using the symbol in the toolbar, than you get _never_ hybrid PDF: bug2.pdf is just a normal simple PDF document.
