Click on the column header in the preview in the import dialog. This enables the
drop down list 'Column type'. Choose 'Text' there.
In the standard format Calc tries to guess the number format. Since a dot is the
thousand delimiter in German, it converts those IPs to a number, where it is
possible, taking the dot as thousand delimiter.
