I read where this could possibly be a Google Summer of Code 2009 project (http://freedesktop.org/wiki/Software/ooo- build/SummerOfCode/2009#head-198bb9eb806fde8b40cec00bfb39806fe9a8a5be) and that some initial work has been done. How much work has been done and how much more still needs to be done?
