When attempting to bind a form element in an XML Form to a binding in a model,
OpenOffice.org Writer stops responding and has to be forcibly closed. I was
following a tutorial on opendocument.xml.org trying to learn how to use XForms
so the exact steps I used to reproduce this can be found on Page 6 of this
document: http://opendocument.xml.org/files/xforms_ooo_06_10_25.pdf. I can
reproduce the crash even with a new XML Form Document by simply:

1) Create a Text Box with the Text Box tool in the document.
2) Double click on the Text Box.
3) Select the Data tab in the Properties dialog.
4) Attempt to select Model 1 as the xml data model.
