When I attempt to open any product on the open office suite and after
successfully downloading I receive a user32.dll was relocated in memory error.
I am on win xp and all updates have been applied. This error only occurs with
open office suite. How can I resolve this issue?

Thanks

The specific errors state the following: The system DLL user32.dll was
relocated in memory. The application will not run properly. The relocation
occurred because the dll c\win sys32\shell32.dll occupied an address range
reserved for windows system dll's. The vendor supplying the dll should be
contacted for a new dll.
