------- Additional comments from a...@openoffice.org Thu Mar 26 09:54:49 +0000 2009 ------- AW->FS: I am not sure who did the clipping originally since the paint was always using that ugly hack with making the control in its role as window visible and invisible (I'm sure you remember). The paint now mimics that, but there should be no reason to clip the whole control (it's also a performance question; clipping is now supported not by setting a clip region, but the renderer copies the region in question). Maybe the former clip was the 'fix' for painting outside...? Whatever. It is now intended not to clip, but to fix overpaints. Well behaviour of FormControls is expected. At least - when this is not possible - we would need a way to check for overpaints and only apply clipping when this is detected (maybe someone will want to crop FormControls one day...?). FYI: there is a similar problem currently with mtf's (imported MteaFiles) which say they are smaller than their content. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
