Now help uses ::comphelper::Locale::getFallback() to match the current Office UI language setting with the help languages pro- vided be the extension. The original problem described in this issue is also sol- ved by this. Now the extension help can contain any lan- guage / country combination and the algorithm tries to find the best matching one. If e.g. en-US is selected in the Office, first en-US will be checked, then en, en-XY (XY = any country). For other languages Englisch will be used as additional fall back. Example: Foo language lg-CT is selected in the Office. Then the algorithm will look for: lg-CT, then lg, lg-XY, en, en-XY and finally for any language that is available.
