The only thing I can do is to apply a content page layout, and drag the header textbox lower, however, if I touched other things, such as template, sometimes the header textbox will move back to the top of the page. Because the title page is almost the very first thing that a user will likely to make, so, missing this feature will make a bad first-impression.
