The Word count only counts words and characters ("Current selection" and "Entire
document"). See about the latest change here in issue 27302. There were not more
info than these in that dialog.

The number of lines and paragraphs can be seen here:
(via menu) File - Prperties - Tab "Statistics".
The number of lines depends on the docuement formatting, thus it must be
refreshed with the button in that dialog.
Set issue to "invalid".
