There was a bug if user name has contained comma, that was fixed for OOo3.0.1. Currently it is planned to get two solutions in OOo3.2 that could probably allow to detect the problem on early stage and track it. The first solution should allow to notify the user if autosave have a problem, please see issue 99615 for details.
