When the model changes, for example when a slide is inserted, then the positions
of the slides are recalculated. The new values where not or not early enough
set at the page descriptors so that when the drawing layer primitives where
created they used old or uninitialized values for the area of the page number.
Fixed by calling UpdatePageBorders() from within
SlideSorterView::LocalModelHasChanged(), that is, before the new page
descriptors are created.
