HI, when I open a MS Excel file in calc which is a password protected form I
wanna get my users only to be able to fill in cells that are free for editing,
save the file under the users name and send back to me.

When users "save as" the default setting is "save with password", a dialog field
opens to type in a PW. As normal users do not care whats written in the "save
as"-dialog elsewhere than the filename, I getting a lot of files back, that can
not be opened as anybody uses different passwords (well, they got asked for one)
and so the whole form is protected and can not be opened in MS Excel again.

Better solution would be to keep the protected cells and allow the user to "save
as" without prompting for a new PW. Just keeping the cells protected with the
originally given PW. Everything else is free for modifying anyway.

I can ask my company to share this document as attachment but not sure yet if I
am allowed to. Hope the issue is understood. If not please ask.

Many thanks.
