For some reason, I only see it with incremental builds; and - worse - having failed (as Pavel pastes) - for me, it then succeeds on the next run. I've never worked out what provokes it into action; and since I can't repeat it - it's really hard to run 'dmake -v' to get some sensible debug output on fixing it.
