Ah, I see. We got carried away with the safely patches.
*our* point is two "longs" while a *emf* point is two 16 bit numbers. So the
safety tests to determine if there is enough data in the file to fill the array
without reading past the end of the file are being calculated in terms of the
OOo sizes not the emf sizes so we're rejected the red polypolygon as too being
too big, but its actually fine
