Defect: A cell containing a user-function call may have the function name
converted to a literal string after recovering the document. When this occurs,
the function is not called. This occurs with roughly 50% frequency, on a
per-sheet basis, i.e. a sheet with one affected cell will have all cells
affected, but not every sheet will be affected.

Example:
Previous cell content: =USERDEF()
Cell content after recovery: ='USERDEF'()

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a spreadsheet document with user-defined functions (macros). Make sure
these functions are saved from the code window (independent from saving
document).
2. Call user-defined functions from cells in the spreadsheet.
3. Terminate OpenOffice in such a way as to prompt recovery on the next startup.
4. Restart/Re-open the document and allow recovery to proceed.
5. After recovery, examine cell contents for #REF! errors.
