Here is the minimal sequence of actions to reproduce the issue: - open a new Draw document - draw in it any Form Fields object, such as a Button or a Text field Now the fields are visible both in the page preview window, both when exported to PDF or PNG. - save and close the document - open again the document Now the fields ane NOT visible in the page preview window, nor when exported th PDF or PNG.
