If the values are the same, TRUE is displayed. If the values are not the same, FALSE is displayed. With MS Excel I can then do a FIND/REPLACE and replace all occurrences of the word FALSE with another pattern, such as a yellow cell background, so I can spot it easily when scrolling through the spreadsheet.
