AW: Third problem: In PagePrimitiveExtractor::createPrimitive2DSequenceForPage
the range for the view was copied to the new
drawinglayer::geometry::ViewInformation2D to extract the page content. This
involves visual clipping on the given range. It is possible to give a range here
(the mapping bewteen the content and the PagePreview object, not forgetting the
aspect ratio again), but it is more simple to just get the whole content by not
giving (an empty) range here. Tested, works as expected.
Solutions for all the partial problems exist and are not dangerous, too.
