fs->oj: In the current CWS build, the bug as described above still happens. So,
in no case, the issue is FIXED.
You might argue that this bug *cannot* be fixed, but this is different from
"it's FIXED".

We here have a situation where the design yields different results from the
final document, and this is a bug. The severity of the bug, weighted with the
effort to fix it, might justify a target other than 3.x, but still it's a bug.
