Of course that file contain the most visible strings. Fixing it would mean to 
do the most of the job.
However I checked and it seems even very few strings in helpcontent are 
affected.

IMHO fixing the file you mention would be enough, we will then check and fix 
the remaining strings into pootle, so the next release (3.1.1? 3.2?) will be 
all OK.

I miss all the work involved for this, but isn't just possible to extract the 
strings with a "grep-like" process? False positives will be just ignored by us 
while editing the file.
