I attached a demo with an .ogg, might have to recreate with a different format
to get this to work, depending on platform and a/v backend.

Anyway, it looks like that when we have the presenter screen running for a
dual-head setup that we play two videos, one on the presenter screen, and one on
the projector screen and so we get two audio streams sent to the same sound
device. If the underlying sound system is cunning, then we get slightly
time-lagged merged audio of the two videos. Ideally I guess we need to be able
to automatically not play audio for the presenter screen somehow
