About 50% of the time I load Writer, some of the text in table cells formatted
in italics appears with some letters placed in the wrong horizontal (x)
position. When I close OOo and restart the app, it often displays all text
correctly, though it could take two or three restarts sometimes. This issue has
persisted since at least OOo 2.x (I have no experience with 1.x). I'm presently
running OOo 3.0.1 on a Windows XP Pro SP3 machine, and used OOo 2.x with SP2 in
the past. Java has consistently been updated to the latest version, and no
changes to this buggy behavior have occurred with each update.
