------- Additional comments from alfonsn...@openoffice.org Sun Apr 19 10:57:16 +0000 2009 ------- Hi, I've recently been debugging an ods file that looked like printing wrong formula results, which were completely unexplainable. It turned out that due to copy&paste as well as in&export to xls, there were two different entries with the same name each: one as a database range and one as a named range. The user expected the database range to be used in the formula and didn't even know the feature "named range", but as even deleting and recreating a database range did not help, he supposed openoffice to be broken. That's why I'd like OpenOffice to complain if there are ambiguous entries in a formula. Alternatively it could complain if there are a named range and a database range with the same name and prevent their creation.
