------- Additional comments from yogurtdan...@openoffice.org Wed Apr 29 10:15:00 +0000 2009 ------- @rainerbielefeld, let me apologize for the delay. So the real problem looks like the following: 1) Cannot open any existing Russian name .doc , .xls file etc --> get OO error message "file doesn't exist" (attached file #1 as you requested). Get this error from Finder, From OO context menu, from everywhere 2) Start OO, create new text file and save it as "тест.odt" to my desktop (тест is Russian analogue for "test") --> on the Desktop I can see "????.odt". I can open ????.odt file with OO. I have Mac OS X 10.5.6 and I suppose this issue is Mac specific PS thunderbird 2.0 has the same issue with ??? instead of Russian signs on Mac OS and they fixed it in 3.0 version --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
