------- Additional comments from stev...@openoffice.org Mon May 4 15:18:29 +0000 2009 ------- After doing 10 or 15 cell edits such as cut and paste of small groups of cells, the box cursor becomes progressively slower in responding to arrow key inputs. Normally when an arrow key his held down the cursor will move smoothly along a row or column. After several edits (I have not counted an exact number) the cursor will sit in the last position it was in, while an arrow key is held down, then jump to a new position when the arrow key is released. This new position is not predictable other than it is in the row or column selected. Pressing an arrow key for a short time (as a regular keystroke) the cursor moves quickly. Saving the document does not solve this problem. Closing the document and re-opening the document solves the problem, until more edits are done, which starts the issue all over again. I did not have this problem in the older version of OO (2.4?) that came with openSUSE 11.0, working on these same docs.
