Follows these steps and oocalc hangs dead.  All you can do is kill it off and
restart.

1.  Create a new spreadsheet
2.  At cell B1 enter:  =sum(b2:b3)
3.  Click on cell B1 and see above in the value area it shows =SUM(B2:B3)
4.  Click on the value =SUM(B2:B3), drag mouse to select it
5.  Press Control-C to copy
6.  Press enter
7.  Click on the column header for column A, right-click to get the menu and
choose Delete Columns
8.  Now click on cell B1, go to the value display field above where the value
was copied from and press Control-V
9.  The software is hung...dead
