Test w/ 3.1 RC2, SRB 1.1.0 beta 4, Ubuntu 9.04 x86_64

Some dates cause incorrect results.
The test document includes the following date values in the table:
12/30/83
12/30/56

In the SRB the function YEAR(DateValue) returns
1583 for 12/30/83
9956 for 12/30/56

Invalid entries are handled differently also.
In calc if you enter YEAR( "12:00:00 AM" ) it returns error:508 as the result
In SRB if you pass a DataTime of 12:00:00 AM (no date component again) it
returns 1970
