------- Additional comments from enc...@openoffice.org Tue May 5 10:00:12 +0000 2009 ------- Due to my own stupidity, I corrupted my database in openoffice 3.0.1, and had to shut the program. When I restarted, it tried to recover the database but, again due to my stupidity, it failed. I therefore restored from an earlier database version and re-did my work. However, whenever I started windows, the recovery window always opened and it tried to recover the now non-existent database, which naturally didn't work. I tried a repair on Open Office, to no avail The only way I found to overcome this problem was to completely remove and re- install open office. May I suggest a facility on the recovery window to delete unwanted files from the list, thus helping stupid people like me. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
