Hm, it was once implemented as a "Feature" if I remember correctly...
The vertical ruler will only be shown for the page where the cursor is located 
on.

MRU->OS: may it be possible once to have a kind of "inactive" (gray) ruler for
the other pages when scrolling through a document?
