2005 -------
To confirm, I created a file in 1.9.92 following the guidelines provided. I then
saved it as .odt and as .sxw.

When I opened the file (.sxw) in 1.1.4 the outlining worked fine.

When I opened the file (.odt) in 1.9.92 again, it worked fine.

When I opened the file (.sxw) in 1.9.92, it was as user described, the
formatting was wrong.
