AW: Integrated latest changes to resynched CWS aw065. Also corrected (1) and
(2), adding changes for those.
All changes done, all works well. OverlayObjects are now completely realized
using primitives. They are also highly simplified; it's only necessary to
implement the createOverlayObjectPrimitive2DSequence() method now. Methods like
drawGeometry, createBaseRange, transform, zoomHasChanged and isHit are all
implemented using the sequence of primitives or are no longer necessary
(zoomHasChanged since primitives handle this by themselves).
