------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sat Apr 9 16:48:14 -0700 2005 ------- It can be difficult to impossible for users to dock floating windows if they don't realize docking relies on cursor position instead of window position. If one clicks and drags from the left corner of the window and tries to dock the window to the right, for example, the floating window must be moved almost completely past the edge of the OOo window (off screen if OOo is maximized) before the docking indicator box appears. Many users will likely give up after dragging the floating window to the edge of the screen, regardless of cursor position. It would be much easier if there were more tolerance for docking, so that, for instance, the floating window need only touch the side of the OOo GUI for the docking window to appear, no matter where the cursor was clicked on the floating toolbar's title bar.
