Looked in logs, pointed to "problem reports". Problem reports showed compatibility issues with instmsiw, and setup. The application do not pop any flags, only the installer. The above installer modules need to be brought into compatibility. Reg editor is version 6 for Vista series. Baseline installer in windows is upgraded to 4 (i believe).
