The margin is OK. 2) Change the alignment of the second graphic to basis bottom. (Not sure about the correct english term because I have the german version. The term there is Ausrichtung/Basis unten.) Have again a look at the bottom of the first page. Although there were only two text lines below the graphic, there are now six text lines above the graphic and the graphic is placed far into the margin. This is a bug. 1) Open the attached file "alignment FIRSTpage2SECONDpage.odt". Have a look at the bottom of the first page. There is already a graphic with a bad margin. The alignment is basis bottom. 2) Duplicate the red line. Now the graphic should be shifted to the next page and the remainder of the first page should be filled with the start of the text of the second page. The graphic is shifted but the freed space remains empty and the graphic is placed at the end of the second page without any margin.
