OOo saves the file when you toggle to source view. That has been a problem since
the beginning. Also its meddling the source code is a long standing defect.
Do not try to use OOo as HTML editor. It is antiquated and it is not maintained
since several years. Without external developers such issues are likely to be
never fixed.
