Thus, no need to report it once more. But your report brings the idea of documenting how words are counted. There are multiple criteria for considering a word is a word, especially with all particularities languages may show (with ', -, /... 1 or 2 words...?). So, yes there's a real need in documenting OOo's counting rules.
