Under Tools->Options->OpenOffice.org>Appearance>Font color is also applied (in
Calc) to the current-cell border, EXCEPT if Font color is Auto, in which case
the cell border remains black --invisible if the background is black! May be
related to issue 45770.
There should be an independent color for the cell border; for example, user
might like a red border, but not red chars.
