------- Additional comments from mj_st...@openoffice.org Mon May 25 19:37:26 +0000 2009 ------- Choose "Insert -> Sheet", and choose "From file" and select "Link". Select and insert an existing file. The existing file is not updated when the newly inserted sheet is changed and saved. I've tested this with linked .ods and .csv files. If saving worked, this would be extremely useful way of managing and editing CSV files -- Formatting and import/export settings could be kept in the .ods file, while the data could be kept in the .csv. (In my case I'm using CSV as a configuration format, because it is easy to parse, and diffs are legible in version control.) --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
