For your point 2 and 3, I will try another way to implement the function WinGlyphFallbackSubstitution::FindFontSubstitute by traversing ImplDevFontList as you suggested. As your point 4, 5 and 6, There is really a lot of work to enable the text output ever smarter with the dynamic font fallback.
