------- Additional comments from barthanss...@openoffice.org Thu May 28 11:10:18 +0000 2009 ------- It's all over the web by now on how MS-Office 2007sp2 and OOo use different approaches/namespaces for storing ODF1.1 spreadsheet formulas. Without having lengthy discussions on who's "right" and who's "wrong", honouring Postel's Law on both sides could solve this interop issue, which is a real issue for end users. So the proposal is to add support for *loading* the MSO2007sp2-style ODF spreadsheet formulas (and I'll ask MS to do the same for OOo-style formulas) (Perhaps the ODF-OOXML converter could shed some light on how to convert OOo/MSO formulas) http://odf-converter.sourceforge.net/newblog/index.php?2009/03/13/28-how-the- openxml-odf-translator-deals-with-formulas --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
