------- Additional comments from cho...@openoffice.org Wed Jun 3 07:19:02 +0000 2009 ------- When a user has read-only rights on a file and that user tries opening the file in OOo 3.1, it says the file is already opened and locked by an unknown user. This is a wrong message and confuses users. In this case OOo should tell the user the file is opened read-only because of missing rights (like it was done before 3.1) and not because it is locked by an unknown user. (because then users start to call the IT helpdesk, asking who that unknown user is, and what he is doing with that file..) --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
