2009 -------
Before we can proceed here's a list of necessary changes. I would appreciate if
you could clarify with the author(s) if they are fine with them. You can find a
combined extension, freshly built at ftp://qa-upload.openoffice.org/dict-ca
(login with OOo user name and password).

First, our current makefile can't cope easily with sub folders in extensions, so
I removed the "dictionaries" sub folder and placed all files directly into the
root. Users won't see a difference.

I had to combine the three description.xml files.
First, I chose a common version number. Usually I take the date (2009.06.03),
but you can change it as you want.
Then I had to remove the license confirmation. Bundled extensions must no ask
for this as they are installed at the same time as OOo and no GUI interaction is
possible. Fortunately GPL does not require a confirmation, so this shouldn't be
an issue.
I needed a new identifier for the extension, you can change it also if you like,
it should be different to the identifier of the old extensions.
I also changed the English display name. I hope that you like it. As you might
guess, I wasn't able to change the Catalan name ;-), I leave that up to you.
Finally we have to decide where this new extension shall be hosted for download
and update. Bundled extensions should be hosted on the OOo extensions
repository. This will save us from specifiying an update URL as this will work
automatically for the OOo site.
When I combined the three extensions, I had to change some of the file names as
they had been the same before. You can find that out by looking into the
extension. I only changed names, no content.
I doubled the hyphenation license files. We should replace these files
(LICENSES-en.txt and LLICENCIES-ca.txt) by files matching to the whole content.
The english file is just the GPL, so IMHO there's nothing to change, but the
Catalan file seems refer the hyphenation explicitly, so perhaps you can ask the
authors to come up with a license file for the whole content.
