So take this attached .odt and export to .doc and open in word and use show
hidden characters. The numbering on the first paragraph is "none" but there is a
tab following that "no content". In writer the first line is drawn flush with
the left of the text area, while in word the tab is taken into account so the
first character appears at that tabstop/indent location.

Hackable around with the following patch which exports "nothing" as the
seperator character for numbering if the numbering itself is none
