To realize the nature of the bug do the following:
1) type world
2) select and cut "world"
3) type "hello "
4) press ctrl+v
5) you will get "hello world"
6) select "hello world"
7) paste again -> the selected text is replaced with "world"

But this does not work tables. When you copy a row, and then you paste it, no
matter if the "target" row is selected or not, it is always replaced.

Behaviour should be consistent, bug.
