Taking the example with the text (your first description): - you pasted "world" *after* "hello" - in the table example, the cursor is *at the beginning* of a row and *inside of* the entity (row). So comparing the cursor position in the table with that one in the text, the cursor is inside the word at a stating position: "h|ello".
