First, we don't "help" here. We just deal with bugs and enhancements.

Now you could try to delete the directory OpenOffice.org 3 in your user's
Roaming directory.
It is not clear if you only get the dialog for recovery or if the program
crashes when you create a new document.
Also try the same with Calc, Impress...
Looks like a framework problem.
