------- Additional comments from pcow...@openoffice.org Wed Jun 17 02:35:53 +0000 2009 ------- I have a spreadsheet of names and addresses etc., ( ie. a Membership list) and I find that if I add subtotals then later reset them it sorts the table by the first column (the default action). However, I have some rows highlighted with a background colour (ie expired or non-current members are marked with a coloured background) and instead of the highlight staying with the correct records (the spreadsheet was sorted by "year paid to" before resetting the subtotals) when the subtotals are reset the highlights stay in the same place but all the data is sorted differently. The work around is to "delete" the sub totals. But the behaviour is disconcerting and if you don't notice, can make your data misleading. I am using version OOO300m15 (Build: 9379) --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
