It would be interesting to see how often this options are used: only whole cells, backwards, only in selection. I never used "Only whole cells" (don't know the right English string, in German it's "Nur ganze Zellen"), but I need "Only in selection" often in Calc and "Backwards" very often in all applications. Therefore my second suggestion would be: Move down the "Only whole cells" checkbox to the "More options" part of the dialog and move up both "Only in selection" and "Backwards" to the always visible part of the dialog.
