Yet, they have the same number '0'. Enforcing Default formatting (in case it was altered) does not help. Put cursor on either H3 and click Numbering off: BOTH get unnumbered at once! Another quirk: I observed the defect in another document... but the problem had disappeared after I saved the document and read it back.
