Not sure when it changed but it is much worse with 680.91 when Tools > Options > View > Scale Factor != 100%. Not sure how to attach a picture here but you can see at http://www.bcitool.com/CalcUglyInCell.JPG I can repeat this with 680.91 on Win XP and Win Me machines, but it's OK in 1.1.4 I think it a serious issue because the people most likely to use that feature may not have good eyesight.
